We look at the quality of the problem, the strength of the insight, the people involved, and the potential to build lasting value. We also consider where Ethanheim’s capital, operating experience, and industry focus can make a real difference.
We go deep in digital products, artificial intelligence, immersive technology, fintech, and other emerging industries. A clear fit helps us move faster.
What to expect
We review every complete submission. If there’s a potential fit, we’ll reach out to learn more. A submission does not create a commitment, partnership, investment, or acquisition agreement.
Some opportunities need time. We think in decades, so a conversation may begin before the right moment to work together.
Protect your information
Initial submissions are not confidential. Share enough for us to understand the opportunity, but don’t include trade secrets, source code, passwords, customer data, or other sensitive information.
Ethanheim may already be reviewing or building ideas that are similar. You keep ownership of your submission, and we don’t owe compensation or have an obligation to pursue it unless we agree otherwise in writing.
